Kryalos SGR acquires two office buildings in Rome

The closed-end real estate investment fund Honos of Kryalos SGR, characterized by a Core Plus performance profile and specialized in real estate investments in offices in Italy, has finalized the acquisition of two important properties located in Rome, in the Quirinale neighborhood.

The properties were sold by the company InvestiRE SGR on behalf of the fund named INPGI Giovanni Amendola.

The asset, known as Palazzo Volpi, built during the seventeenth century, has been recently renovated and consists of six floors above ground and a basement.

Also the building in Via delle Quattro Fontane 147, nearby Palazzo Volpi, has been recently renovated and it is spread over six floors above ground and a basement.
