“The Well-being Factory”: in Teramo the first housing care project

In Teramo there is going to be realized “The Well-being Factory” project which will host about 400 people among frail elderly people (alone or with family), disabled people, students, young couples, but also families who have a home unusable due to the earthquake.

The idea is to produce well-being for families, through a combination of services including assistance, animation, care, support, residency, social and personal security.

The project, which includes 100 apartments under imposed price rent, medical clinics, rehabilitation facilities, places of leisure and catering, in addition to green spaces and urban gardens, it values 15.7 million euros and it is financed through public and private funds.
