The propensity to buy a house (understood as families who plan to buy a house and are already moving) is more marked among the young, who live in large municipalities and can count on more wage eaners and a high monthly net income (over € 3,500), as emerges from the annual survey on the socio-economic and financial conditions of households conducted by Nomisma in 2017.

This is a group of families characterized by a rather solid financial and employment status.
