LFPI acquires Palazzo Grimani Marcello in Venice

Posted: 25 September 2018

LFPI has purchased from a private Palazzo Grimani Giustinian Marcello, a sky-land property in Venice Sestriere San Polo, through the fund FLE ITALIA FUND 1 managed in Passporting by FLE S.A.

This is a historic building of great value, built in the 16th century on the remains of a 12th century palace with direct access to the Grand Canal.

The property, for mixed residential and office use, has a total area of over 3,000 square meters and will be enhanced through careful conservative restructuring aimed at protecting the frescoes and architectural assets and a subsequent lease.

Most probably this property will be enhanced through patronage in the field of art and music.
