Posted: 12 September 2016

The Britannique, one of the most luxurious and scenic hotels in Naples, changes ownership.

The historic hotel has been bought by the two entrepreneurs Costanzo Jannotti Pecci, Chairman of Confindustria Campania, and his cousin Gennaro Moccia.

The value of the property in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, with its 86 rooms over five storeys plus an attic floor, stands at between €25 and €30 million. The deal confirms interest in the city’s hotel sector.
