Smart working combines baby boomers and millennials

According to a research by Spaces, brand of Iwg, smart working is a used and appreciated way of working regardless of age.

Globally, 51% of people born before 1964 work remotely for more than half the week, compared to 49% of those born after 1980.

Over 18,000 professionals from different industries and from 96 countries were interviewed in scope of the survey, which also involved 189 Italian respondents.

The sample is taken from a database of contacts of over 2.1 million businessmen, managers or business owners worldwide.
