According to the Milan AirBnB analysis by Colliers International, in recent years the city of Milan has become an important tourist destination.

In addition to the business component, the leisure destination grows. The turnout peaks (in terms of arrivals and overnights) are recorded during the numerous city events.

The report analyzes the new trend related to short rents realized using the AirBNB platform whose market share is close to 10%.

In 2017 there were 1.3 million overnight stays, an increase of 36% compared to 2016, with an average cost per room of 89 euros per night (with a range varying from 31 to 338 euro / night).
