The CmRC – Metropolitan City of Rome Capital with telematic mode through the Notarial Auction Network of the National Council of Notaries offers at auction the ownership of vacant real estate units that are part of the real estate divestment program. The Auctions are conducted by individual Lots, each consisting of one or more units including any appurtenances and accessories. The list of Lots, complete with documentation (floor plans, photos, etc.), the list of Notaries with whom bids can be filed, and this Comprehensive Notice, as well as the Auction Regulations and its Annexes (facsimile Participation Forms), which regulate the procedures for participation and conduct of the Auction and the procedures for conducting any inspections of the properties, are available on the websites of the National Council of Notaries (www. notariato.it and www.avvisinotarili.notariato.it ), at the Auctioneering Notaries and, via links, on the CmRC website (https://www.cittametropolitanaroma.it). The mode by which the auction will be conducted is the so-called Auction without Auction, which consists of the submission of secret bids, paper, digital or digitized paper, before the Auctioneer Notary or Peripheral Notary (Notary Qualified to the Notary Auction Network whose list can be consulted on the websites of the notariat www. notariato.it and www.avvisinotarili.notariato.it), in an amount at least equal to the base auction price indicated in the attachments to the Notice of Auction for each Lot, increased by a multiple amount of € 2,000.00 or € 5,000.00, as indicated in the list of lots. The Notary shall make the award of the Lot to the person who has submitted the valid bid of highest value, not matched by any other valid bid.
