The real estate property, built on a land area of approximately 13,600 sqm, consists of Villa Rodella with the adjacent colonnade, a small church and two independent technical rooms. The land, mostly flat, has sloping areas at the eastern border of the compendium. The church, located behind the villa, was built on top of a hill.

The villa, built in the late sixteenth century, was originally owned by the patrician Pasqualigo family, who, after a series of seventeenth-century renovations, sold it to the Pasinetti. Passing to the Rodella family from Padua, it was the object of a complex restoration with alterations and an expansion. In 2005 it was purchased by the then regional governor Giancarlo Galan.

Villa Rodella has a supporting structure in plastered and painted brick masonry. The building is divided into aboveground floors and two underground levels, with a rectangular plan due to the presence of the adjoining colonnade. The building has three flights of stairs made of marble or wood with handrails. The floors in the basement are made with terracotta tiles, while in the remaining rooms the floors are of a Venetian terrace type of particular value and workmanship, or in wood.

The colonnade spreads over two floors and is well suited to be used as a holiday farm with seven rooms/accommodations on the first floor. A large room, a large porch, two toilets, a kitchen, a pantry and two rooms with access from the outside can be found in the first floor, as well as corridors and a technical room.

Systems equipment: civil type electrical system, water system, heating/cooling system, gas distribution system, satellite TV system, intercom and telephone, burglar alarm system, central vacuum system and lifts.

The real estate property is located in the municipality of Cinto Euganeo (population 2,000), in the province of Padua, about 3 km from the urban area, near the locality of Crosara, on the south-west edge of the Euganean Hills. The municipality of Cinto Euganeo is included in the territory of the Euganean Hills Park, is part of the “Città del Vino Association” and its territory is included in the food and wine itinerary “Strada dei vini doc dei Colli Euganei”.

The villa is on the side of Via Dietromonte, a road connecting with the nearby centre of Lozzo, in the stretch that runs along the Bisatto Canal.
