The villa, built in the late sixteenth century, was originally owned by the patrician Pasqualigo family, who, after a series of seventeenth-century renovations, sold it to the Pasinetti. Villa Rodella has a supporting structure in plastered and painted brick masonry. The floors in the basement are made with terracotta tiles, while in the remaining rooms the floors are of a Venetian terrace type of particular value and workmanship, or in wood.
The colonnade spreads over two floors and is well suited to be used as a holiday farm with seven rooms/accommodations on the first floor. A large room, a large porch, two toilets, a kitchen, a pantry and two rooms with access from the outside can be found in the first floor, as well as corridors and a technical room.
