The building has masonry structure with a flat roof; the exterior walls are made of bricks and stone. The facades are devoid of decorations and finished with plastering, except for the main façade overlooking Via XX Settembre, which is characterized by isodomic rustication in Finale stone in correspondence to the first and second floor and by slate slabs at the base, that form the basement of the building. At street level there are several business premises, while at the centre of the façade there is a porch, slightly protruding, which provides access to the Mercato Orientale. The building unit in question is accessible from the portal marked with number 11 and is on the third floor of a 5-storey building. It consists of a small entrance giving access to a single room of about 160 sqm facing north, from which you can admire part of the old town. On the opposite side, on the whole length of the building unit, there are 8 wide rooms overlooking Via XX Settembre. Despite its central location, the building has no quality finishes and its wooden external windows are badly deteriorated. The building is overall in a poor state of repair and in some points the paint and the topcoat render are exfoliated.
