Gorizia (GO) – Gorizia Interport

In the Gorizia Interport, an intermodal logistics platform located in the municipality of Gorizia on the border with Slovenia, two pavilions are available for management/logistics use, to be redeveloped and renovated. The structure, managed by SDAG S.p.a., a public company owned by the Municipality of Gorizia, extends over an area of 600,000 sqm and offers a vast range of services to international trade and road and rail transport to and from the countries of Central/Eastern Europe.

The Interport, which covers an area of over 600,000 sqm, has 43,000 sqm of warehouses, 20,000 sqm of intermodal terminal areas, 33,000 sqm of cold storage and hosts the headquarters of 85 companies. Two pavilions are available, which will be used through sub-concession contracts, with the aim of redeveloping and modernizing the spaces. The available surfaces have the following characteristics:

  • Pavilion A – building on two floors with a covered area of 2,400.00 sqm, located in the east area, to be redeveloped with modernization of the systems, intended for laboratories and management offices. The sectors of interest are: R&D, logistics, management and services; the property is served by gas, electricity, water and fibre optic utilities.
  • Pavilion F – building spread over one floor with a covered area of 2,150 sqm, located in the central part of the Interport, to be redeveloped with productive logistics-production destinations. The sectors of interest are: logistics and production; the property is served by gas, electricity, water, and fibre optic utilities.

 

The properties are located within the Interport of Gorizia (population 33,584), capital of the province of the same name, in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The intermodal logistics Interport, owned by SDAG S.p.a., is located on the border with Slovenia, in a strategic position from a geographical point of view, at the meeting point of various routes near the port system of the Upper Adriatic and the airport of Trieste. The complex is in fact 3 km from the Gorizia railway station, 15 km from the Trieste International Airport, 15 km from the commercial/industrial port of Monfalcone, 30 km from the Fernetti interport (Trieste), 500 meters from the “Villesse-Gorizia” exit of the A-34 motorway, with direct access to the Slovenian motorway “H4”.
