The property, built in the second half of the 1800s, was completely restored in the 50s. It’s layout is ‘L’ shape, organised on three upper floors and a partial basement, due to the remarkable incline of Via del Cascione, where the main façade of the building is found. Having access on all four sides, the property has four indipendent entrances, one of which is at the rear and has a driveway, leading to the former bank’s private garage. The main use of the building is as a bank but inside there are units to be used as private residences, attics, spaces for non-profit sport businesses and technical offices. Behind the building, there is also a private good-sized garden terrace.
