The property, built in the second half of the 1800s, was completely restored in the 50s. It’s layout is ‘L’ shape, organised on three upper floors and a partial basement, due to the remarkable incline of Via del Cascione, where the main façade of the building is found. Having access on all four sides, the property has four indipendent entrances, one of which is at the rear and has a driveway, leading to the former bank’s private garage. The main use of the building is as a bank but inside there are units to be used as private residences, attics, spaces for non-profit sport businesses and technical offices. Behind the building, there is also a private good-sized garden terrace. The property is available immediately and has been kept in good condition, with two stairwells and two lifts, for bank and the residents use.

The property is located in Imperia (pop. 42,034), the capital city of Province (pop. 215,244) in the Liguria region (pop 1,571,053), in the historic area of Porto Maurizio, in the immediate proximity of the Cathedral and of Porto Turistico. It is situated in an area well-connected by public transport and is easily accessible by car. The property is about 2 km from the “west Imperia” tollbooth on the A10 motorway (autostrada dei Fiori), which connects Savona to the border of the Ventimiglia area and the SS1 (Aurelia) passes through the city nearby. The city is close to important tourist destinations such as Sanremo (30 km), Savona (75 km), Genoa (123 km), Nice (78 km – France) and the principality of Monaco (66 km). The property is 1,7 km from the Porto Maurizio railway station (FS) while the town is 114 km from the international airport “Cristoforo Colombo”, in Genoa.
