The building is currently undergoing several renovations, to trasform it into a tourist accommodation, which are in the process of being completed:
• the construction of nine large rooms with all services;
• the structure will be equipped with a dining room and a space for the kitchen;
• presence on the ground floor (right side) of a reception or reading room;
• by June 2024 the swimming pool will be built inside the park in front for the exclusive use of the structure;
• construction of a park behind the house.
The complex is located in the medieval village of Monteleone di Fermo, in the heart of the Marche region, between Fermo and San Benedetto del Tronto, 30 km from the sea. The historical centre, as well as Villa Felice, hosts many artistic and architectural exemplars from several eras, from the thirteenth century tower, the St John the Baptist’s parochial church, the medieval city walls, which have almost disappeared, to the church of the Madonna della Misericordia. The village is 40 minutes from the coast, with many famous beaches, such as Porto Sant’elpidio, Civitanova Marche, Porto San Giorgio and San Benedetto del Tronto. The city of Ancona, with the marina and airport, is 94 km away. In the area there are also commercial factories and outlets, with important made in Italy brands, such as Tod’s, Hogan, Prada, Nero Giardini, etc.
