– block B has a reinforced concrete structure and an L-shaped plan made up by a bigger rectangle measuring 13,80 x 10,90 m and a smaller rectangle on the back measuring 9,60 x 10,00 m. It develops on three levels above the ground and is equipped with an attic crawl space.
The real estate is situated in the Regional County Seat Ravenna (159.115 inhabitants), in a district of 394,395 inhabitants, in a seaside resort called Punta Marina Terme, at a about 11 km from the city center and the port. This area is part of the so-called Lidi Sud di Ravenna, a set of seaside locations including Marina di Ravenna, Lido Adriano, Lido di Dante, Lido di Classe e Lido di Savio.
