The property is located in the suburban area of Rieti (population 45,273), Provincial Capital of the namesake Province, in the Pian de’ Valli area. To reach the area, one can drive along the state road “SS-4 bis del Terminillo”, one of the most evocative mountain roads in the area. The property is 20 km away from Rieti (30 minutes by car) and approximately 100 km from Rome (2 hours by car). The area can be reached from the capital by taking the regional bus line operated by COTRAL to Rieti station, then continuing with the urban line 513 to Terminillo. Alternatively, one can use the fast regional train that connects the city with the high-speed railway station of “Roma Tiburtina” (100 minutes). The mountain range, very popular with residents of the Lazio region, offers many opportunities both in the winter and summer seasons, due to the presence of a notable biodiversity (flora and fauna), also very attractive for green tourism.
