The real estate complex, known as “Pozza house”, is made up of a group of buildings put together along the four sides; in the courtyard the main house, the bird tower, the grain house and stable, the farmers houses, the unfinished houses and even in a far position the road toward the oratory dedicated to Saint John the Baptist can be seen. The main house, articulated on two levels, has within it a picturesque circle and painting that goes back to the end of the 700s with a subject having a rough nature. The bird tower, next to the main house, is on four floors. The courtyard is realized with a brick structure in sandstone and in clay bricks with wooden attics. The stable doors are made of clay pillars. In the Municipal territory plan, the courtyard is classified as environmental and architectural good described in the form “B” n°59. Other functions for its use are foreseen.

The real estate complex is situated north-east of the city centre of San Martino Buon Albergo (15,148 inhabitants) in the Province of Verona (921,557 inhabitants), in the Veneto Region (4,906,210 inhabitants), along the road that connects the site of the hill of S. Giacomo to the area of Marcellise, in the in Casette locality: the territorial context is represented by the low hillside, with the mounts of Monti Lessini, in a countryside characterized by a low amount of anthropization. The zone presents an excellent amount of main and secondary road connection, with the exit of “Vago” of the Eastern fast road to Verona, 2 km from the property and the exit “Verona Est” of Highway A-4 (Turin-Trieste) 4.5 km away. The city centre of the Municipality is 2 km from the property in south-western direction, while the regional railway station on the path Verona – Venice, is 2.5 km from the area where the complex is. The international airport of “Valerio Catullo” of Verona-Villafranca (15th Italian airport with 3.1 million passengers 2017) is about 21 km from the area.
