The real estate complex, built at the end of the 1980s, is articulated in diverse buildings, mainly used for housing, research centres and service functions. The two buildings used for housing (for a total of 28 flats) are on three floors, just as the building used as research centre; the property is completed by a building used as home for the janitor and other housing, the canteen, the warehouse, services and other technical services. The total surface on which the complex is present is of approximately 45,000 m² and according to the current General Regulatory Plan it is on Zone FB Common interest equipment (MNS – Mario Negri Sud). This zone (ZTO) is disciplined by article 28 of NTA of the Regulatory Plan. The property is in a good maintenance condition, excluding the canteen building that has some damages. Part of the area is subject to archaeological restraint.

The real estate complex is situated near the residential centre of Santa Maria Imbaro (2,013 inhabitants), in the Province of Chieti (387,120 inhabitants), in the Region of Abruzzo, about 6 km from the City of Lanciano (35,002 inhabitants), 3rd municipality of the Province for population where you can find the Hospital and the Exhibition centre. The area is part of the Valle del Sangro, where you can find the largest industrial area of the Region, the Sevel and is easily reachable via the Roads SS- 652, SS-524 (that cross the municipality territory) and highway A-14 (Adriatica), with the exit “Val di Sangro” that is about 5 km from the property. The closest railway station is “Fossacesia – Torino di Sangro”, on the regional line Pescara-Termoli-Vasto, that is 9,5 km form the property, while the airport of Pescara (668,000 passengers in 2017), is 45 km away.
