The property, currently unusable, consists of a main building and an adjacent building. The main building has a rectangular plan and is divided into two aboveground floors, served by two separate stairwells. The ground floor hosts the cellar, a warehouse/deposit and the former stable rooms (some rooms are 2.40 meters high), while on the first floor the two units for residential use can be found. The property was built in mixed stone and brick masonry, with a loggia, a partly pitched gable roof with wooden structure, roofing in tiles and pantiles and horizontal elements in brick – timber – iron. The gross surface area for each floor is approximately 260 sqm.

The former adjacent building, used as a warehouse, is spread over a single level and was built in mixed stone and brick masonry, with a partly pitched gable roof, a wooden structure and a covering of tiles and pantiles. The property is located in the municipality of Sovicille (population 9,845), in the province of Siena, in an extra-urban agricultural area, approximately 15 km from the urban area. The area is rather isolated, on a hilly and panoramic position, not easy to access. The property can be reached by taking the local road that leaves the SP-541 “Traversa Maremmana”, passing the Palazzo al Piano Castle, in the direction of Molli; alternatively, from the town of Sovicille, along a short stretch of the SP-52 of Montagnola Senese (about 700 m), then continuing on the SC-8 of Tegoia, passing through the hamlet of Tegoia in the direction of Molli, and then continuing onto the local dirt road. The area is approximately 25 km from Siena (reachable via SP-73 bis “Senese Aretina” and SP-541 “Trav. Maremmana”), 70 km from Florence (reachable via the Florence – Siena motorway junction and SP-541 “Trav. Maremmana”) and 75 km from Grosseto (reachable via SS-223, SP-99 “del Piano di Rosia”, SP-73 bis “Senese Aretina” and SP-541 “Trav. Maremmana”).
