The property is located in a semi-central part of the City of Turin (896,773 inhabitants), capital of the Province of Turin and regional capital of Piedmont. The development area is part of the “Spina 3” urban regeneration scheme and is situated in the section between Piazza Baldissera and Corso Principe Oddone above the River Dora Riparia. The new buildings will link two parts of the zone that are currently separated by the worksite. The area is well served by public transport and is near Torino Dora GTT railway station, which connects the city to the Palace of Venaria, Turin Caselle airport and the Lanzo valleys.
