The redevelopment project involves the construction of residential (65% of GLA) and tertiary (30% of GLA), consisting of blocks of varying storey heights, as well as space for services (5%) integrated into and linked by squares and existing green spaces (Sempione Park) as well as new green areas designed to connect the new district to the wider urban fabric.
