The building, which dates back to the time of the original nineteenth-century buildings, is located in the historic centre of Fiumicino in a street where there are many commercial activities. It features load-bearing masonry, a pitched roof with brick tiles and is spread across two levels above ground. Externally, it has a painted plaster finish. Internally, it is listed on the land registry for use as four property units, three of which are for residential use and one for commercial use (ground floor units). The commercial unit, referred to as sub 1, is located on the ground floor of the building and can be accessed from both the main entrance, which can be used by all units and is located on Via della Torre Clementina n. 10, and from Via degli Orti 5. The other units (sub 2-3 and 4) are for residential use. The property unit identified as sub 2 is located on the ground floor on the left hand side of the building’s main access point and consists of three rooms and two bathrooms with ceramic tile flooring, plasterboard ceilings and plastered and painted walls. The bathrooms are fitted with ceramic tiles. The external window frames are in aluminium with iron gratings and the internal ones are made of honeycomb wood. The property unit identified as sub 3 is located on the first floor to the right of the stairwell and consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom with ceramic tile flooring, ceilings in plasterboard panels and plastered and painted walls. The bathroom is fitted with ceramic tiles. The external window frames are in aluminium with wooden shutters and the internal ones are made of honeycomb wood. The unit referred to as sub 4, is situated on the first floor on the left hand side of the staircase and consists of four bedrooms and a kitchen and bathroom with ceramic tile flooring. The ceilings consist of plasterboard panels and the walls have been plastered and painted. The bathroom if fitted with ceramic tiles. The external window frames are in aluminium with wooden shutters and the internal ones are made of honeycomb wood.

The town of Fiumicino in the province of Rome is located on the Tyrrhenian coast, north of the Tiber delta. The town is located at the end of via Portuense; the old part of the town is positioned along via Torre Clementina and is based on a layout designed by Giuseppe Valadier. The area that currently forms the historic village and which is home to the Torre Clementina (formerly the Gregorian barracks) was built between 1823 and 1828 under the direction of Giuseppe Valadier.

During the 1950s and 60s, the founding of the intercontinental airport combined with the reclamation of the surrounding areas fostered demographic development.

Fiumicino is connected to national railway lines by the Leonardo Express train which can be taken from Termini Station and is also served by the metropolitan train, FR1. The town is also accessible via the Lazio Cotral routes and along the Rome-Fiumicino motorway or the provincial road, Via Portunese.

According to data from the OMI (Italian Property Market Observatory), the price of apartments in the different areas of Fiumicino ranges between 1,250 €/m² and 2,800 €/m² for property sales and between 5.3 €/m² month and 11.4 €/m² month for rented properties. The average price of the apartments for sale (2,300 €/m²) is about 3% lower than the average regional price of 2,400 €/m² and is also about 12% lower than the average county price (2,650 €/m²).
The prices in Fiumicino are relatively consistent and 60% of the apartments for sale are priced between 1,700 €/m² and 2,900 €/m².
Within the sector of Italian cities with populations between 50,000 and 100,000, Fiumicino has some of the highest apartment prices ever recorded: about 2,300 €/m.
