The building borders to the north-east with theVia Lancenigo, to the south-west and north with other properties and to the west the Limbraga River. Along Via Lacenigo, it’s completely enclosed by a wall of prefabricated blocks of cement, while it’s partially surrounded, by just a metallic net held by iron poles and a cement foundation, along the northern perimeter and on the Limbraga River. The uncovered area is partially used as parking lots, storage space and complementary buildings, while there’s an unkempt part that surrounds the purifier next to the Limbraga River.
