The property is located in the semi-central area of Udine (population 97,808), capital of the province of the same name, in the Friuli-Venezia-Giulia Region, and is located approximately 2 km away from the historic centre (6 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot), south-east from it. The surrounding area is characterized by its predominantly residential destination, with the presence however of some manufacturing warehouses, commercial properties and land surrounding Udine’s central railway station, which is located a short distance away from the property (approximately 1.6 km, 15 minute walk). The excellent connection to the main and secondary roads, through Via Bruttio, allows to quickly reach the city centre and the peripheral areas of the city. The city ring road, which allows access to the “A-23” motorway (Palmanova-Tarvisio), is located approximately 3 km away from the property.
