Real estate complex built in the early 1900s located in the municipality of Arco, in the Autonomous Province of Trento, in the hamlet of Varignano. The building, known as “Casa Bresciani”, is located 2 km away from the town of Arco (population 17,691), in Varignano d’Arco, in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Trento (population 540,958), Trentino-Alto Adige Region. The municipality is well known for hosting the Rock Master Festival, an international sport climbing competition, every year. Varignano is located near the State Road SS421, towards Lake Tenno and Canale di Tenno.
