The property was built in the 60s right next to the “Antonio Pacinotti” Technical College to meet the school’s need to have a Chemistry section, and was used as classrooms, gymnasium and laboratories. The building is divided into 6 aboveground floors as well as an attic floor (used as a technical room), and is served by a stairwell; it occupies a covered surface of 3,085 sqm, with a terrace located on the third floor of the building of approximately 100 sqm. The property includes a private open courtyard of 320 sqm, used as a parking lot, with a direct pedestrian entrance from Via Fradeletto no. 32.
