The area is well served by public road transport with the “Madonna Nicopeja” stop located near the property; public transport reaches the island from the mainland by ferries, via the Lido S.M.E. stop (B line), which is located approximately 12 km away from the property. The Venice Santa Lucia railway station, which allows one to reach the main cities of Italy with high-speed lines and regional trains, is located approximately 21 km away from the property (60 minutes by public transport, 80 minutes by car). Piazza San Marco, in the historic centre of the city, can be reached by ferry from the Lido S.M.E. stop (D line), in 35-45 minutes.
