The assets, located a few kilometres from the centre of Voghera, have good accessibility to the Turin-Brescia and Genoa-Milan motorways. The ‘Ex Squadra Rialzo’ compendium is potentially connectable to the railway system, with connection to the ‘Terzo Valico’, the railway axis that is part of the Corridor for freight transport between Genoa and Northern Europe.
