The sales increase gave a boost to the Rome market

According to the Market Report 2017-2018 on Milan and Rome real estate market, by Engel & Völkers realized with Nomisma scientific support, the Rome demand is about 53% on sales and 47% on rents.

Prices are stable and the discount reaches the 10-20% of starting price in all the city areas. The foreign demand prefers the historical center and it principally comes from North European Countries.

The city average price for restored houses goes from 2000 euro/sq.m. in Trionfale-Vaticano to 7.500 euro/sq.m. in Parioli and Prati. In the historical center it is between 5000 and 12000 euro/sq.m.
