The building, with entrance from Via Sestri 44-46, houses the headquarters of Giglio Bagnara, a company founded in 1869 for the sale of fabrics by the metre, a meeting point for generations of Genoese people. In 1930, it was the first company in Italy to introduce ready-made clothing and has witnessed the birth of some protagonists of Italian and international fashion. Thanks to its strong relationship with its customers and the territory, Giglio Bagnara is managing the transformation of the entire complex, opening up to various methods of transfer, also considering other uses (residential/offices) in addition to the commercial one, in harmony with the territorial context.

Palazzo Bagnara-Lomellini is located in the peripheral area of Genoa (population 561,191), capital of the Metropolitan City of the same name, west of the historic centre, in the Sestri Ponente district; the area, one of the most populous in the city, has always been the commercial and productive centre of the city, still with a high residential presence, and is home to important technological and industrial companies. The property is located in Via Sestri 44-46, an important road in the area, well connected to the road network, with good public transport, which guarantees rapid travel to the city centre and other urban areas. The historic city centre (Piazza De Ferrari) is located about 10 km from the property (15 minutes by car), while the Genoa “Piazza Principe” train station, which guarantees connections with the main Italian cities, is located about 7 km from the area (15-20 minutes by car); the Sestri Ponente station is located 600 meters from the property, on the regional Aqui Terme-Genoa line. The ferry terminal is about 5.5 km away (10 minutes by car), while the “Genova Aeroporto” exit on the A-7 motorway (Autostrada dei Giovi), which connects the city with Milan (and intersects with the A-10 Genova-Ventimiglia), is about 3 km from the property (10-12 minutes by car). Genoa’s Cristoforo Colombo international airport is 5 km away (5-8 minutes by car).
