The property is divided into a number of buildings of different types built in different eras: the southern building was built in 1925 in the villa type (intended for health services and called municipal dispensary). The vertical structure is made of stone and brick while the floors and the roof structure are made of wood with an overlying tile covering.

The portion of the building to the north was built in the early 70s and is divided into several levels. The load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete with inter-storey floors in brick and cement and a flat roof with an overlying corrugated sheet metal. The infill walls are made of brick while the internal dividing walls are made of brick, plasterboard and equipped mobile walls.

Based on the General Town-Planning currently in force in the Municipality, the urban destination of the area and the building is the “Sh – zone ofareas intended for assistance and health”, with a small strip located on the west side of the lot that instead falls into the “V.p. – areas subject to road network” zone.

 

The real estate property is located in the central area of Udine, the capital of the province of the same name in the Friuli-Venezia-Giulia region. The historic centre of the city, with the Castle and Piazza della Libertà, is 700 meters from the property (10 minutes on foot), while the Udine train station, which allows one to reach the cities of Milan, Rome, Trieste and Venice, is 500 meters from the area (7 minutes on foot). The “Udine Sud” exit of the A-23 motorway junction (Tarvisio-Palmanova) is 8.5 km from the property, and allows one to quickly reach the A-4 motorway (Turin-Milan-Trieste), a road that crosses Northern Italy from West to East.
