The former Fascist Party Branch Office is located in Settecamini, in the eastern quadrant of the city of Rome, near the "Grande Raccordo Anulare" ringroad. The property was built in the 1930s to house the Fascist Party Branch Office to be used by citizens who participated in the reclamation of the peripheral areas of Rome, initially intended for residential purposes, then for services and finally repurposed over the years as a leisure and cultural centre (People's House).

The free-standing property has been declared of particularly significant historical and artistic interest pursuant to Art. 10, par 3, letter. D of Legislative Decree no. 42/2024.
The building covers a territorial area of 1,316 sqm, of which 795 sqm are uncovered; it is divided into two levels above ground, with further surfaces in the basement characterized by the juxtaposition, on the layout, of two regular volumes orthogonal to each other. The longitudinal body houses the entrance hall, the distribution spaces and the lounge/theater, while in the transverse body some secondary rooms can be found. The property is built with a load-bearing masonry structure while the floors are made up of beams and hollow blocks, with a double-pitch roof with trusses, wooden joists, flat tiles and brick tiles. The external façades are covered with civil plaster and exterior paint. The building can be accessed from three entrances on the ground floor.
The property requires renovation and restoration work to allow the establishment of tourist-accommodation or social and cultural functions. The redevelopment and urban recovery of the building is of particular interest in the context of urban transformation and regeneration already under way in the neighbourhood.
The property is located in the suburban area of Roma Capital, in the eastern quadrant of the city, in the Settecamini area, included in the IV Municipality. The area develops parallel to Via Tiburtina (SS-5), an important consular road that connects Tivoli with the central area of the city. The property is located in front of Piazza S. Maria dell’Olivo, a public space of great importance in the neighbourhood, in a predominantly residential context and in an area characterized by the presence of numerous industrial and tertiary activities, along a strategic connection road between the new “Roma Tiburtina” railway station and the archaeological sites of Villa Adriana and Villa d’Este (municipality of Tivoli). The area, included in the master plan for the redevelopment of public spaces “15 Projects for 15 Municipalities for the City of 15 Minutes”, is served by important communication roads such as the A-24 motorway, with a reasonable supply of surface public transport which reach the city centre in 30-40 minutes. The property is approximately 20 km away from the “Roma Ciampino” international airport and 13 km from the “Roma Tiburtina” railway station, which guarantees connections with high-speed trains.
