ITA Agency and Invitalia took part to ITHIC 2024, at stand no. 7 on the Terrace floor, as part of the “Invest in Italy” project, aimed at encouraging foreign investments in Italy.
Through Invest in Italy, the Italian Government promotes investment opportunities and the Italian offering portfolio in all sectors (among which the hospitality sector plays an important role) and supports investors throughout the entire investment life cycle. ITA and Invitalia therefore work in close collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, local and regional administrations and other public and private institutions.
In the days of ITHIC the portal Investinitalyrealestate.com was promoted. It was published in 2016 with the aim of presenting investment opportunities in public real estate and in public companies or public-private real estate projects, to local and foreign investors.
It currently has around 400 properties, offered for sale or long-term concession. The portal, created by ITA on the recommendation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Economic Development (now the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy) and in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Finance and State Property, is a platform that promotes interaction between the demand for professional investment and real estate investment opportunities in Italy, selected by location, type and size.
Together with the portal, it was illustrated to interested foreign investors the support services dedicated to businesses that Invitalia offers. Such support services are: asset and location scouting, the provision of incentives linked to investments, and all the services necessary to bring investment transactions to a successful conclusion.
Within the overall offer available by our Partners, the following real estate projects were selected for ITHIC. Among the most significant of that edition we mention: Venice Mestre – Station, Scandicci (FI) – New Urban Center.
