The conservation state of the structure is to be considered as good while the implant part is partially compromised due to vandalism acts consequent to a long-lasting condition of abandonment, and needs some maintenance interventions.
The real estate complex is situated in the South Eastern suburbs of Pisa (90,488 inhabitants), Head Administrative office of the Province with the same name (421,851 inhabitants), in the Tuscan Region.
