The Regional Authority offices will be relocated as soon as construction work has been completed on the Piedmont Region Authority’s new Office Building.
A portion of the ground floor has already been transferred by the Piedmont Regional Authority to the Turin Tourism and Promotion Agency.
A leasing contract assigns the building to the Piedmont Regional Treasury service for the period from 1.1.2013 to 31.12.2017.
A three- year contract (No. 231 dated 7.7.2014) stipulates rent-free use of the premises on behalf of the Permanent inter-regional voluntary services Forum Association for Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta, register No. 231 of 7.7.2014 (term: three years)

This extensive property complex occupies part of the historic San Gaetano block, circumscribed by Piazza Castello, via G. Garibaldi, via XX Settembre and Via Palazzo di Città. The building, designated for office use, develops over seven floors above ground, including a mezzanine, plus three floors underground, one used for storage and two for parking with 45 car parking spaces. Currently used as office space by the Piedmont Regional Authority, the property will be vacated as soon as work has been completed on the new office block in the Lingotto district.
