The overall redevelopment of the abandoned railway areas of Venezia Mestre was concluded with the ratification of the Agreement aimed at the urban transformation and redevelopment of the areas close to Venezia Mestre station and the former railway station in Via Trento. The latter, which are part of a context that is already effectively infrastructure and in direct contact with Venezia Mestre station, cover an area of approximately 6.5 hectares where, with the preparation of an Urban Implementation Plan, it will be possible to settle new mixed use volumes with prevalence of residential, commercial and complementary functions to the residence (21,500 sqm of GFA).

The property complex is in a central location of the Mestre district (180,000 inhabitants), in the Municipality of Venice (264,579 inhabitants), capital of the province of the same name (858,198 inhabitants) and the Veneto Region (4,927,596 inhabitants). The property is near the station, in a mainly residential zone, with good public services and shops and commercial establishments. There is excellent vehicle accessibility, with the A57 Mestre ring road, the SS 11 and SS 14 main roads nearby. The zone is 10 km from Piazzale Roma and 12 km for “Marco Polo” international airport.
