For the ‘Lingotto FS Stazione Ponte’ lot, the PRG envisages a mix of uses with a minimum of 20% ASPI (Service Activities for People and Businesses) and a maximum of 80% tertiary, for a total of 13,637 square metres. A further 9,000 square metres of commercial and service uses are planned for the construction of the ‘Stazione Ponte’ above the track bundle for the future connection with the ‘Parco della Salute’.

LINGOTTO FS – STAZIONE PONTE

It’s located in the west of the “Health Park” beyond the railway line. In order to ensure the best connection of the
future “Health Park”, with the metropolitan public transport network and the railway line, the construction of a New Bridge Station of 9,000 sqm of GFA is planned and it will have to allow the stitching of the urban fabric of the Lingotto district with Via Nizza. It is also foreseen the transformation of the current station square to green with an underground parking structure. A functional mix of max 80% Tertiary and min 20% ASPI is envisaged for this intervention of 13,600 sqm.
